An interview with Dame Denise Lewis DBE at the UK’s first Women’s Running Conference.

On Saturday 12 April, Welsh Athletics hosted the UK's first Women's Running Conference at the University of South Wales in Newport and I was luck enough to be able to interview Dame Denise Lewis to learn about her experience of para athletes.

For those that don’t know, Dame Denise Lewis is the former Olympic Gold & European Champion Heptathlete; she is President of UK Athletics, President of Commonwealth Games England; as well as being the 3 x Winner of the Sunday Times Sportswoman of the Year.
